After upgrade iPhone 6 to 9.3.3 2 previously working cameras were turned into "Device Off-line" mode. Pls resolve.

with last upgrade I lost all cameras in the list, needed to add it again. Dont do that again please! Bug when camera and device are not on same network still exist, connection is dropping all the time

Ive had this camera for almost a week and I love it!!! I havent had any issues so far. It does say not connected to wifi sometimes but soon as I click it to view what my fur babies are doing it loads so no biggie. BIG plus that the app works perfectly too I had a previous camera before and the app sucked I had to go on the site to use it. One thing I would change is how I share with others. They have to register first

I think the camera is excellent and works well on wifi but I cannot connect to my phone by 4g when I am out of the house. Hope the app has an update fast or this is not worth having if I cannot connect if I recieve a alert message. Got update today and very happy to be able to connect via 3G. Great customer service

Worked for 3 weeks now wont connect to wifi in no way whatsoever! I want my money back.

Horrible, do not buy it. Very undetailed instructions. If you do get it to work it will never work again once unplugged, or after a power outage.

My camera worked for a couple days and all of a sudden it doesnt connect to our WiFi at all. Update??

No problems what so ever. A little hard to connect the first time. But now works great. Had it unplugged for weeks than used it again. Didnt even have to re connect.

Very good and helpful when you are away from your baby

New version broke all my cameras and cannot view anything.

The camera disconnects every couple of minutes after the latest update. This makes the app unusable. This needs to be fixed.

Fix this immediately!! It was working great until the update. Now it wont connect to my wifi just keeps erroring.

Agree with prior reviews. Worked fine before the update, but now is useless.

Camera and app wont stay connected to the network since the new update. It worked fantastic before the update, please fix!
