Keeps saying device doesnt support part of new functions. This worked perfectly until the update. Now I get this error message when trying to access camera. When I finally do access it the connection is dropped after 30 seconds. Update made my camera unusable!

Keeps saying "network not connected" and wont let me use baby monitor. Very disappointed as it worked great before update. Now I cant watch my child.

This camera and app was great before the latest update. Now it wont stay connected for longer than a minute. Please update again with a fix. Updated review, October 8: Seems to be working better, staying connected as it did before the last update. I have changed my rating from one to four stars.

But it would be much better if you could connect two or more devices simultaneously. Please update the application with this feature; otherwise a message appear "someone already watching"

Shuts off every minute and now doesnt work at all

This camera would be awesome if it would stay connected to the Internet. Unfortunately, it wont. Apparently, the latest update was a fail! Hoping for a fix, ASAP!

Camera works great, and sometimes it stays connected via wifi in my house, but as soon as I take my phone outside to take my dog out, it stops connecting, and wont refresh. In the first week of having the camera, I didnt have this issue, now it seems to be regular that it disconnects and reconnects. Very disappointing. Love the camera, live feed is awesome, its just the connection issues

The camera seems ok but hard to really tell since it only stays connected for a fee minutes before it loses itd connection

Connection is terrible even when I have good connection with other apps. Clever dog is not recommended at all. It always gets interrupted and never stays on when needed.

I am unable to access my devices when needed so there is no security at all. The system worked well up to point now it is useless. I would recommend finding a better product as this one is good as nothing at all.

App is incredibly unstable and constantly fails to connect to the camera. On the rare occasion that the app can connect to the camera this is a great product. But is way too unreliable to recommend or purchase again.

App works, no connection issues. But camera color flips from color to b&w constantly.

It works and seems to offer everything for a great price. I may purchase a couple more for the other areas of my home.

Wish I would have read the reviews. The cameras worked randomly and now with iPhone upgrade the app stopped working all together. It is impossible to contact customer service. Buy any other camera but this one.

Dont wast time or money buying this. Just all around bad
